For the second time, three students of year 7 of the Kaleidoskop school took up the challenge of participating in the English Olympics. In this annual competition students of Real-, Gesamt- and Gemeinschaftsschulen compete to find the most talented learners of English in Jena and the Saale-Holzland-Kreis. This year 42 students of 14 schools took part. We are really proud to announce that our team, that is Mathilda Völkel, Pauline Schubert and Jesse James Herold, came fouth place in a really tough team competition (a dialogue). Above that, Jesse came seventh in the individual placing. Well done you three, you definitely deserved your ice-cream!
